Instruction for 1st through 8th graders only
Blue Mountain Day Camp, in a partnership with Trenton Community Music School, offers
focused instruction in voice and on the acoustic instrument of your choice. Students must bring their own instrument to camp (except for piano). No electronic instruments. Classes include chamber ensemble, orchestra, ear-training, movement, and group classes.
Exploration, Inspiration, & Preparation
We encourage young people to explore and enjoy the incredibly
rich world of music. We
offer a world-class faculty who are inspiring the next generation of musicians.
The students will prepare to give a public performance
with their peers on the last day of camp.
Location & Schedule
The camp takes place at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral at 801 West State Street, in Trenton, NJ. Students participate from 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. Snacks are provided. Aftercare is available until 5pm.
Final Concert
Friday July 20 at 6:30pm in Trinity Episcopal Cathedral. The concert is free and open to the public. Students help write and perform the concert.
Audition Requirements
No audition is required. We simply need to know a few details such as how long you have been studying your instrument and your previous experience. Are you ready to take your interest in music to the next level?
Cost
$25 Application Fee
$250 Tuition for two weeks

- Complete the application form by June 15. Late applications will be reviewed at the discretion of the
executive director.
- Attach your $25 application fee made payable to Blue Mountain Festival.
