All applicants will be notified by letter regarding their acceptance into the program. If accepted, a deposit of 50% is due immediately to reserve a space. The remaining balance is due by June 1, 2009, with a $75 discount given if payment is made in full by March 31, 2009.
Cancellations
Since the chamber groups and the music are assigned based on individual ability and experience, any cancellation creates problems for the other students and for the program in general. Participation may be cancelled by May 31, 2009 for a full refund minus the application fee. Cancellations after June 1, 2009 may receive a refund of 50% of the total fees at the discretion of the Executive Director.
