Financial Aid Policy
Financial aid is given out based on annual household income and the number of members in a household, combined with any unusual circumstances such as sudden job loss or unusually high medical expenses.
To apply, please write a letter of request that contains the following information:
Blue Mountain Festival is incorporated as a 501(c3) non-profit and approved as a public charity under section 170 of the IRS Tax Code. BMF is committed to creating exceptional musical opportunities for children and young adults, and to making those opportunities accessible to families from all socio-economic backgrounds. Donations help make this possible.
To apply, please write a letter of request that contains the following information:
- Household annual income
(A copy of the previous year’s 1040 is required for verification. Please blacken out all social security numbers.) - Number of people in the household
- The type of aid you are requesting: payment plan or amount of aid
- The amount you feel your family can contribute
